The journey started with our directors working for various hospitality companies, managing from private sector hotels, bed and breakfast, HMO's to public sector in emergency and temporary accommodations. 

After being in the industry for over 20 years, in 2011 they partnered up and launched their own property management company (formerly known as TM House Partnership) from a single unit housing 11 bedrooms, by 2014 the company was re-lunched as TM House and Hostels Limited with over 100 beds.

The company has used its experience and expertise to become specialists in property management within the public sector by putting their clients first and all properties have a higher standard of accommodation and living than an average HMO and Hostel.

We have grown in the South of London at a rapid speed with our company values and look to grow further. 

We are now expanding in the private sector and offering accommodations for 6 to 12 months contract basic with full management and service.
